Original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.
The product is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible, and the applicable return process will apply instead.
Important Notes
Returns or refunds may not be accepted in situations including, but not limited to:
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
Failure to accept the delivery.
Normal colour variations due to screen settings.
Minor differences in handcrafted or printed designs that do not affect product quality.
Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
